Return Policies - Your complete satisfaction is our goal! 

 

  • We will accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date at our cost for damaged

         equipment only. Non-Defective Equipment has a 25% restocking fee.

  • Terminal must be returned in original package. All parts, manuals, and cords must be included.

  • Terminal must not be damaged, although defective equipment is returnable.

  • Application fees/Set-up fees, Shipping & Handling fees and programming are non-refundable.

  • Leased terminals are not returnable for a refund. Leased terminals will only be replaced with a terminal of the same type (Refurbished is possible)

  • Wireless Terminals have a 90 day warranty. Wireless terminals can be returned with-in 30 days of the shipping date at our cost for damaged equipment only. Non-Defective Equipment has a 25% restocking fee.

 

Customers maintaining a merchant account with us have the following warranty:

We will replace malfunctioning equipment free of charge for 30 Days after the purchase. If the unit should fail after the 30 days from the purchase date we will replace the unit at a cost of shipping only and until the one year anniversary of the original purchase date. After one year has expired customers can utilize our replacement program. If it is determined that your terminal needs repairs, a replacement terminal will be sent within 24 hours. The replacement terminal will be the same model as the terminal being replaced (if still available). If the same model is not available the replacement model will be comparable in features as the replaced terminal. The terminal will be shipped to you programmed with your merchant account and ready for use. The replacement terminal will have passed thorough diagnostic tests assuring reliability, and will also carry a 30 day warranty. You only pay the service charges of $125.00. This charge will be billed to you directly from us via ACH/EFT to your merchant checking account. A call tag will be issued for the terminal needing repairs from us. The terminal requiring repairs will not be returned. If the terminal needing repair is not recieved by us with-in 7 days then we reserve the right to ACH/EFT the merchant banking account in the amount of the current value of the replacement terminal.

 

Customers NOT maintaining a merchant account with us have the following warranty:

Any claims after 30 days is the responsibility of the terminal manufacturer. The manufacturer's specific warranty guidelines will be included with the terminal. The majority of terminals manufactured today are all in one - meaning the terminal and printer are combined in one unit. Warranties for the printer portion of the All-In-One unit and the terminal portion can vary depending on the manufacturer. Terminal warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary. Some manufacturers will warranty the terminal up to 5 years. Keep in mind only the terminal portion of the unit carries a 5-year warranty. The printer is not always covered for the same duration.
